If you also happen to be a dog owner, it is fairly easy to be creative. You simply rummage through the doggy bag that contains all sorts of doggy bits and bobs, such as the little plastic bands on clothes pegs you use to mark out a track, empty plastic containers that are perfect for a little bit of soft cheese to put down in the trace, a rusty old claw clipper that has seen better days, and...well...a small brush with soft metall bristles. In no way new, but not too much used either, and without too many dog hairs. In fact, the only thing in it is one of those little round thistle like yokes that get stuck everywhere, and that was easily removed before brushing my hair. Worked great!
...feeling a bit embarrased thinking I might have told you too much...
Think I'll go and by a hair brush of my own today...
