Skärtorsdagen... / Maundy Thursday...

...blev en mysdag med lugn och skön morgon med lite jobb, en tur till det stora möbelvaruhuset för att inhandla sängben till det förestående storbesöket, och sen middag på altanen.

Det är rätt fascinerande att besöka det stora varuhuset, för vi skulle verkligen BARA köpa sängben... Det gick som det brukar... Man plockar lite här och lite där, hittar lite man behöver här och där, och helt plötsligt är påsen full...

Den här gången blev det ett snickarbälte med mjuka tygverktyg...

...och en tält att krypa in i ute i trädgården...

...och en hel del annat smått och gott.

Nu har sötnöten somnat, och vi ska bara ta det lugnt och njuta av en stillsam kväll.

turned out to be a real cosy family day with a nice and quiet morning with a small bit of work, a trip to the big furniture warehouse to buy legs for the bed that Andrew's Nana will be sleeping in when she arrives on Saturday and then dinner on the terrace.

Visiting the big furniture warehouse is quite interesting... We were really only getting the legs for bed, had our minds set on it, but just the same came out with a bagful of bits and bobs. You pick up one thing here, one thing there and hey presto! The bag is full...

This time we ended up with a workers belt with soft fabric tools...

...a tent to hide in in the garden...

...and some other goodies.

Now that the little sweetie pie is asleep, we will do nothing but relax and enjoy a quiet night.
