Satte mig tillrätta i gungstolen och började djupandas. Döm om min förvåning när jag efter en liten stund hörde liknande djupa andetag från det lilla byltet i sängen, i takt med mina egna!
10-15 minuter senare sov min lilla skrutt djupt, och jag hade äntligen fått meditera en stund.
Djupandning innebär välbehövd avslappning för såväl liten som stor!

Yesterday evening out little man was too over tired to lie still and fall asleep. In the end I thought that if I have to sit there and just sit, I might as well use the time to some longed for mediation.
Made myself sit comfortably on the rocking chair, and bugun to breath deeply. Imagine my surprise when I after a little while heard very similair deep breaths, in time with my own, coming form the little bundle in the bed!
10-15 minutes later my little rascal was far gone into the land of dreams, and I had finally got time to meditate.
Breathing deeply gives rest and relaxation for people of all sizes!
