Hön-dag / Chicken day

How come you some days run around like a headless chicken, stressing from one thing to another, and other days you have plenty of time to contemplate life and pick navel fluff in peace and quiet.
Today I have had a chicken-day, where everything had to be done at once -preferably yesterday - but nothing could easily be finished because I had to get information from other people.
Luckily enough I have fantastic colleagues, who tell you to sit down when the headless chicken act become to obvious and help you anyway they can.
And like a miracle I managed to get nearly everything done, and that without missing the train which at a point seemed to be inevitable.
Unfortunately though, my hand bag had to stay behind at work, as I ran off without it while trying to put the hands free ear pieces in my ears for a final call as I ran to the train station. It's a good job I'm a woman and thus have the ability to multitask.
Right now I'm sitting on the couch with a nice cup of tea with a Jack Russell-sausage next to me, unfortunately doing a small bit of work. Don't tell my boss though, he'll tell me off! ;)

Best of the day: the hugs Andrew give left, right and centre
Worst of the day: that I don't live as I preach, and take three deep breaths when the stress gets too bad
